01 General Terms

bdoky An internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. This Terms and Conditions Applies to the bdoky website, mobile app, and all associated services.

02 Account Registration & Verification

bdokyAccurate and complete information is required to register an account. Creating an account with false or fabricated details is strictly prohibited. Each person may hold only one account — if multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any deposits or winnings may be forfeited.

The mobile number or email provided at registration must be verified via OTP. For large withdrawals, a KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required, which includes submitting a copy of your national ID or passport.

• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or other forms of cyberattack.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the bdoky system.
• Filing false withdrawal claims or disputes.

07 Intellectual Property

08 Limitation of Liability

bdoky The platform is provided "as is." bdoky strives for uninterrupted service, but brief downtime may occur due to technical issues or scheduled maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bdoky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. bdoky is not responsible for losses arising from internet outages, device issues, or failures of third-party services.

• The user bears full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through gaming.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure any pending withdrawals are processed before closing your account.

bdoky Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed for the following reasons: violation of terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or legal/regulatory requirements. In such cases, any verified balance will be returned; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.
